If your organization provides HCBS-funded services, please read this November 15th memo on complying with the HCBS Settings Rule. Important dates:

  • June 1, 2022 – Must submit evidence through the Community Connections KS Project Portal (log in at https://communityconnectionsks.org/.)
  • September 1, 2022 – KDADS will notify each provider of their status
  • March 17, 2023 – All settings must be compliant with settings requirements
