In order to help the agency better understand how your experience as a customer and your expectations of HUD has changed during the pandemic, HUD has announced 10 listening sessions to be held between November 2nd-10th. During the live sessions, HUD stakeholders will be invited to provide feedback to a series of questions posed by HUD facilitators through an interactive visualization tool. All responses are anonymous, and sessions will also be made available in Spanish.
