The 20th annual Assisted Living Salary & Benefits Report, which was published by Hospital & Healthcare Compensation Service in cooperation with LeadingAge, is now available to LeadingAge members at a discounted rate. The report compares marketplace data on 40+ jobs in assisted living to help you develop a competitive and comprehensive compensation strategy.  The report covers 20 management and 29 non-management positions. Data are reported according to unit-size, revenue size, profit type, state and county. Results also include salary increases, turnover rates, shift differentials, benefits granted, and more. More than 600 assisted living communities participated in the study, of which 79.57 percent were for-profit and 20.43 percent were not-for-profit communities. LeadingAge members can purchase the report at the discounted rate of $275.
