Webinar with person using a laptop computer

We are proud to partner with LeadingAge Iowa to bring you the Intersection of Infection Prevention & Control in Food Services webinar on June 25 from 1:30 – 2:30 PM.

Maintaining safe and sanitary food handling practices is essential to prevent foodborne illnesses. Workforce shortages and modernized household living models have expanded food services beyond just the culinary department. Individuals in nursing and activity roles may be the primary servers for resident meal and snack times. Which is why all staff must have adequate training and expertise in appropriate food safety and sanitation practices.
