We have exciting news to share — and we want you to hear it first!

Building on the strong momentum and growth we’ve seen across the health plan this year, we are preparing to take an important next step in our evolution. After thoughtful work and strategic planning, we are ready to introduce a refreshed identity for the MEWA — one that better reflects who we are today and the direction we are heading.

We will be unveiling this new identity during a special Member Town Hall, and your participation is essential.

This will be more than a name announcement. We’ll walk through the strategy behind the transition, how it strengthens our position in the Kansas market, and what it means for your organization and your employees. Because this change will require clear and consistent communication across all Member Employers, we need every CEO, CFO, Administrator, HR, and team leader to attend so you are fully prepared to share the information with your teams.

We will also introduce our new Member Referral Program, designed to thank and reward Members who help expand the Plan’s reach and continue the success we’re building together.

Date: May 28th, 2026
