LeadingAge Kansas has heard from KDADS that some providers are being denied payment by MCOs due to issues with the new requirements for CARE assessments.  These requirements went into effect on May 1, 2017.

If your organization is having this issue, the KDADS website has training modules, a reference sheet, and a video on its website to assist you.
