The webinar builds on our most recent issue of Transforming Care, “Reimagining Rural Health Care,” which examined how rural providers are adopting new care delivery and payment models to meet the unique health challenges rural areas face. Learn how the strategies they’ve employed to address longstanding workforce shortages and population health needs may benefit urban populations as well. The moderator is The Commonwealth Fund’s Melinda Abrams, Vice President for Delivery System Reform.  More Information and Register.
