There was much discussion about direct caregivers having a mentor program for new employees at the Roundtables last week. One of our members, Kansas Christian Home, mentioned using a New York-based Mentoring Training program that is working well for them. The goals are to develop individuals into mentors and have a *safe* go-to person to ask questions. These excellent materials can be used as is or edited for your organization. Enjoy!
