We are working with Wichita State University on two pioneering projects to improve training and expand recruitment for direct care workers.

The first grant project with WSU is called “Last Mile to Hire,” which aims to better understand skills-based hiring and create new ways to connect direct support professionals with providers for easier identification, recruitment and hiring.

We really need your help to complete this survey to gain a better understanding of your current hiring practices. Your input will help us define the scope of the project and will be used to develop a pilot project that will assist you in the hiring process. The estimated survey time is 5 minutes.

Complete the survey. Those who complete the survey by May 15th will be entered to win a $250 Amazon gift card.
