Only in relationship can there be individualized care – which is required by regulation – yet too often institutional practices promote generic care. Research reveals, and we know intuitively, relationships result in many positive outcomes including team members wanting to work in a less stressed, non-institutional culture. Learn the simple, no cost, very meaningful culture change practices that build relationship and result in even better regulatory compliance, better work life for those who work there let alone better life for those who live there.
