Join us for an engaging session on Solution-Focused Problem Solving, where we will explore practical strategies for tackling challenges with a positive, results-driven approach. In this session, you’ll discuss typical problem solving that centers the problem as the focus, learn about Appreciative Inquiry and how to use it to address problems, and create new connections between work, resources, and success. Whether you’re navigating team dynamics, project hurdles, or personal goals, this session will equip you with the tools to find creative and effective solutions. We are so excited to welcome Percy Turner, MSW of Wichita State’s Community Engagement Institute to present this session, sponsored by the LeadingAge Kansas Center for Leadership.

Take a moment to watch a short video from Percy where he talks more about this session.
