• Important Temporary Changes to PEAK Criteria. The PEAK Advisory Board worked with KDADS to create some temporary changes to the PEAK criteria in light of the staffing crisis and hardships created by the Pandemic.  These temporary changes are for State Fiscal Year 2023 (July 1, 2022 – June 30, 2023). Watch this 4-minute video  to learn more about the changes.   • The PEAK 2.0 Advisory Group is seeking new members – Application Deadline is June 24th. The PEAK 2.0 Advisory Group is seeking new members to counsel KDADS in championing person-centered care, as well as, provide guidance in continually improving the PEAK 2.0 program. Interested individuals must be employed by a home in the PEAK program (at any level) and passionate about person-centered care or be employed as an LTC Ombudsman. Members serve one-year terms. Fill out this application to get involved.
