Join LeadingAge Kansas and LeadingAge Iowa for Collaboration with Environmental Services to Enhance Infection Prevention. This session is intended for infection preventionists, DONs, and environmental services personnel, and will focus on the collaboration between infection preventionists and environmental services, highlighting the critical role of effective cleaning and disinfection in preventing pathogen transmission.   

In addition, an area under regulatory scrutiny is the water management program. The webinar will provide insights into establishing a safe water management program by identifying critical points in the water system that can reduce the risks of legionella and other bacterial growth. 

 This webinar will take place on July 25 from 1:30 – 2:30 PM. Members can register for this webinar for $49 ($79 for non-members).

A graduate of Wichita State University’s Math Education program, Addy is using her planning and organizational skills, creativity, and love of helping others to support our providers and members. First as Administrative Coordinator and now as Associate Director of Communications & Events, Addy’s primary duties include overseeing general member communications through social media, our Weekly Member Calls, the Aging Update, and database and website maintenance. She also collaborates with the team to plan, produce, and market events across all aspects of LeadingAge Kansas, manage Continuing Education processing.. Outside of the office, Addy enjoys crafting, playing board games, video games, and DnD, and spending time with her husband and their two cats.
