LeadingAge Kansas is excited to introduce a new State Trend Report for Home Health! In May, LeadingAge—supported by LeadingAge New York—launched this new resource specifically for home health members. This follows the successful release of their Hospice Trend Report and accompanying Hospice State Trend Report earlier this year.
Now, both Hospice and Home Health Trend Reports are available to all LeadingAge members who own and operate providers in these care settings. These quarterly, members-only reports offer insights and analysis of publicly reported measures, helping organizations take a data-informed approach to delivering high-quality hospice and home health care.
Kansas members can access their reports quarterly here. Unlike skilled nursing updates which are monthly, home health and hospice updates are quarterly. The chart below shows the months when these reports will be updated.
