new report released by Community Catalyst in partnership with the LeadingAge LTSS Center @UMass Boston outlines policy options to improve the integration of health care services with affordable housing for low-income older adults! This study echoes the LTSS Center @UMass Boston’s previous work in finding that, while there is great interest and energy around creating strategies and models that link affordable senior housing communities with services to support resident well being, there are barriers to replication.
