QRP Non-compliance letters have gone out to SNFs and Hospice: SNF and Hospice providers who failed to submit sufficient assessment data for CMS to calculate quality measures under the respective Quality Reporting Programs, received notice in the QIES system on July 14th. Providers have until Aug. 13th to request reconsideration or face a 2% reduction on their FY2022 Medicare FFS payments. Here is a short article on the issue.
