Provider preview reports have also been updated to incorporate the new measures and should become available by the end of this week. There will be a column in the preview information showing how many points are awarded for each of the new measures.

CMS is phasing in the new quality measures over 2 periods:

  • 7/27/16:  the new measures will be weighted at 50%;
  • 1/17/17:  the measures will be calculated at full weight.
