KanCare MCOs will be conducting HCBS workshops in late July and early August.
Topics include: policy updates; general administration; claim management; safety management; critical incident management/abuse awareness; value adds; appeals and grievances; fraud, waste, and abuse (FWA).
There will also be time to meet with each MCO individually.
