MARC, the KC Metro Healthcare Coalition invites KC Metro Long-Term care providers to become a formal member of their HCC – LTC EP Membership Group. MARC will offer assistance to LTC providers in meeting CMS Emergency Preparedness. Membership Includes:
- Two workshops/training annually with a variety of topics, providing opportunities for CEU credits, relationship building, and increased knowledge of emergency preparedness for two staff (designed with input from LTC facility members)
- One annual functional, community-based exercise for LTC providers to activate their emergency plans and work with community partners (designed with input from LTC providers)
- Bi-monthly meetings and staff support
- Sustaining and coordinating communications between LTC providers and other HCC members through a membership selected communications channel
