PMMA’s (Presbyterian Manors of Mid-America’s) COVID-19 response Media Room received a silver award from the Healthcare Digital Marketing Awards.

The Healthcare Digital Marketing Awards program recognizes the best healthcare websites, digital content, electronic communications, mobile media and social media. The competition tests a healthcare organization’s programs and content against the best in the country. A national panel of industry specialists review each piece; judging creativity, marketing execution, message impact, technology application and innovation content.

Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, PMMA® posted information about the organization’s response to the pandemic as well as provided transparent communications through the creation of a Media Room on the PMMA website, www.presbyterianmanors.org/media-room.  Residents, family members and media could access up-to-date information electronically throughout the pandemic, including visitation information and regular communications from PMMA’s president and chief executive officer.

The Healthcare Advertising competition announced 145 gold awards, 67 silver awards and 33 bronze awards in the 2021 competition.
