Barbara Whitney, Administrator at Fowler Residential Care in southwest Kansas, recently attended the “going away” party for the district’s new state representative, Boyd Orr. She wished him well and clued him in about major concerns. She told him that what he would be hearing in Topeka about how programs were going might be different than the actual experience of the LeadingAge Kansas members in his district.
