KDHE is implementing a new Provider Enrollment (PE) Wizard. It will be available for use on March 12, 2018. This solution will replace the existing online Provider Enrollment application for new provider applications and revalidations.   

The PE Wizard is designed to be intelligent and intuitive.  It will support enrollment applications for all provider types and specialties recognized by the Kansas Medical Assistance Program (KMAP).

Training opportunities are available for providers in February as outlined in the schedule below. All provider training sessions include lab time and will be available onsite at the DXC training facility with some also available through Skype as indicated.   

Monday, February 19th: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM, 1:00 – 4:30 PM

Tuesday, February 20th: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM, * 1:00 – 4:30 PM*

Wednesday, February 21st: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM, * 1:00 – 4:30 PM*

Thursday, February 22nd: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM* 1:00 – 4:30 PM*

Friday, February 23rd: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM*

Providers can register for training on the new PE Wizard using the Learning Management System (LMS) registration process described in KMAP Bulletin 18018.

Addy Mead is our Administrative Coordinator. A Summa Cum Laude graduate of Wichita State University’s Math Education program, Addy is using her planning and organizational skills, creativity, and love of helping others to support our providers and members. As Administrative Coordinator, Addy’s primary duties include overseeing general member communications through social media, our Weekly Member Calls, the Aging Update, and database and website maintenance. She also collaborates with Stephanie and Nicole to plan, produce, and market professional development events, manage Continuing Education processing, as well as assisting with office administration activities.
