KDADS has temporarily taken down the CARE assessor online training from the KDADS website as the agency works to simplify and improve the training. During the temporary shutdown of the site, training of new CARE assessors for hospitals and ADRCs cannot be completed. If your hospital does not have a trained CARE assessor available, please contact the Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) to complete the CARE assessment. The ADRC can be contacted at: (855) 200-2372. KDADS plans to have the online training available in mid-February.
