As part of our ongoing effort to define and solve our workforce crisis in long-term care, LeadingAge Kansas will be conducting an aggregated survey of member nurses and aides working in nursing homes, long-term care units of hospitals and assisted living residences to gauge satisfaction. This research will be two-pronged. First, we will be conducting an electronic survey to all member Nurses and CNAs. Once that is complete, we will host three regional focus groups of randomly selected individuals who participated in the survey.

This survey is being conducted by a third party, Puente Marketing, that is not affiliated with LeadingAge Kansas. The information will be presented in aggregate and defining characteristics will not be connected with any of the results, nor will individual responses be shared with anyone.
If you are interested in having your organization participate, please contact Dana Weaver ASAP as the survey goes live on January 18th.
