Due to a Legislative directive in the newly passed budget agreement that prohibits the state from spending any money on HCBS Waiver Integration before July, 2018, KDHE and KDADS are suspending work on the HCBS Waiver Integration project. The agencies’ leadership expects to reassess the project at a future date to determine when to resume work and when it will be implemented.
