HUD’s Green & Resilient Retrofit program (GRRP)

Affordable senior housing providers face threats presented by aging infrastructure and the effects of climate change. Housing providers looking for ways to tackle these threats will get some help during this session. Presenters will review Green and Resilient Retrofit Program grants and loans for housing preservation and resiliency, including how owners and managers of qualifying affordable multifamily buildings may receive enhanced technical and financial assistance. You’ll discover how you can use these funds to improve the cost, quality, and comfort of affordable housing for residents and ensure that climate-related investments provide equitable benefits for low-income households and communities of color.

This Lunch and Learn session will take place February 27th from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM CST. Members interested in participating can register here. Thank you to LeadingAge DC for hosting this webinar.
