On December 5th, CMS released a memo to PACE organizations announcing updates to Chapter 4 (Enrollment and Disenrollment) of the PACE Manual. The memo outlines that the updates included in Chapter are effective immediately. These updates are denoted in red and primarily bringing guidance up to date with regulations that were effective August 2, 2019 (CMS-4168-F).

Once processed, the updated enrollment guidance will be available here. In the interim, a copy of revised Chapter 4, and the memo are provided for convenience.
