In 2023, education will emphasize peer to peer sharing.  We know you are doing incredible things in your organizations and communities and it’s time to share and shine.  Unsure what you or your team might have to offer? Think about the following questions.

  • Do you have a natural educator on your team?
  • Have you found an effective solution to a problem?
  • Have you sustained or improved quality during these challenging times?
  • Have you streamlined or developed procedures or processes to support overloaded staff?
  • Found success in training your team on a needed topic that you could train others on?
  • Have you successfully partnered with others in the community, consultants, supplies, peers, etc. to enhance your community, residents’ lives, or staff satisfaction?
  • Have you been successful with recruitment and retention and have tips to share?
  •  Has anyone in your organization ever wanted to be a presenter?

If so, we invite you to submit your proposal(s).  We are looking for presentations for in-person, virtual and on-demand learning opportunities throughout the year.

If you or your team has an idea but you’re not sure how to put it in presentation form, contact stephanie@leadingagekansas.org. We can help!

Proposals are accepted at any time, but to be considered for the Spring Conference and Expo taking place on April 13 and 14, your submission must be received by January 11, 2023.  To view some topic ideas or submit your proposal click here.
