Are you interested in growing your skills and knowledge as a leader? Connecting with other leaders in aging services?  Supporting others on their leadership journey?  If so, the Center for Leadership is for you.

Look at what Laci Cornelison, an alum of the program, had to say. “The experience connected me with other leaders in the field who are now in my professional and friendship network for life. Center for Leadership taught me specific tools as a leader that I use daily and gave me a deeper confidence in my own abilities.”

The year-long program is designed to help both formal and informal leaders, at all career stages, grow their skills and confidence, have greater impact in their organizations and use their influence to grow others. The program includes a combination of four in-person workshops, zoom-based small group discussions, readings, and action learning.

Key learning topics include:

  • Discovering Your Authentic Leadership
  • Leading Through Advocacy and Community Relationships
  • Leading Change
  • Leading, Empowering and Motivating

The program is led by professionals in the field that are passionate about leadership and helping others grow. The learning, personal and professional growth, networking, and friendships that come with this experience are truly life changing. Become a 2023-2024 Center for Leadership Fellow by applying today. Applications must be submitted by noon on September 8th. A limited number of scholarships are available to help offset program costs.

If it isn’t right for you this year, there are other leaders in your organization that could benefit from this. Show them you are interested in their growth by giving them this opportunity.
