LeadingAge, along with AHCA/NCAL, Argentum, ASHA, and the Pediatric Complex Care Association sent a letter to the Department of Labor that the urging the OSHA Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) not be converted to a permanent standard. Anyone, including you, can submit comments on the OSHA ETS no later than Friday, August 20th and can be submitted here.
