You may have noticed that your staffing-specific and overall star rating changed with the July refresh of Care Compare. LeadingAge Kansas, in partnership with LeadingAge New York, is offering a FREE, one-hour training session reviewing CMS’ Nursing Home Five-Star Quality Rating System methodology changes made at the July refresh, with a focus on staffing. The session will also cover how the changes were incorporated into Five-Star reports and the national impact on overall and staffing ratings. Details below:
