KDADS Assistant Commissioner Drew Adkins reports that the Agency has “caught up” on all CARE data entry that was over 45 days and are working on entries that are under 45 days old.  Contact Drew Adkins at drew.adkins@ks.gov and cc Rachel Monger at rachel@leadingagekansas.org if questions or if the delay is causing cash flow problems. Drew also noted that the Agency plans to launch an automated system for CARE score entry next year sometime.

Agency officials reported that there has been significant turnover of CMS Region 7 staff and organizational chart changes.  We will share the current organizational chart when we get it from KDADS.
