Miller Race Team and Sunset Home Senior Living Community teamed up to offer “Doughnuts with the Drivers,” an opportunity for race fans to meet the drivers on July 30th. Over 20 teams drove their cars to Sunset Home where residents and fans could get autographs, photos, and an up-close look at the cars. Kids even got a chance to sit behind the wheel of a race car.

The event was part of a fundraising opportunity for Sunset Home which included a silent auction, race day souvenirs, and a raffle. With over 100 people in attendance, organizer Kim Springer plans to make this an annual event for Sunset Home and the racing community. Visit the Sunset Home Facebook Page for fun photos of the event.

Thank you for sharing such a wonderful experience, Sunset Home! Best wishes for this wonderful new annual event!
