LeadingAge National wants to recognize one CNA from each state during the national conference in November. We know Kansas is filled with amazing CNAs and we want your help finding our representative.
Please nominate CNAs from your organization you believe exemplify what it means to be a caregiver in aging services. All nominees will be placed in a drawing and one amazing CNA randomly selected. The person selected will have their name and picture featured on the big screen during the keynote session. Attendance at the conference is not required, but if they attend, their registration is free, and they will be seated with the other featured CNAs and asked to stand for recognition.

Please note:
- Nominations must be received by noon on August 25, 2023.
- You may nominate as many CNAs from your organization as you wish. Each entry requires a separate entry form.
- If selected, a picture must be received by 5:00 PM on August 29, 2023.
- If the selected CNA will travel to the conference, all travel expenses (room, flight or ground transportation, meals, etc.) related to attending are the responsibility of the nominating organization. LeadingAge Kansas staff will communicate conference details with the winner’s organization.
- The CNA does not have to attend the conference to be eligible for nomination or selection.
