Sarah Oenning of Wichita, Kansas, was recently named vice president of giving for PMMA (Presbyterian Manors of Mid-America Inc.). She has been serving as the leader of the office of giving since October 2015.

Oenning has been with PMMA since 2001, when she worked to raise funds for the Aberdeen Village campus in Olathe, Kan. After the completion of that project, she continued to work in fundraising and marketing for the organization. She took a brief leave and returned to the organization in 2008.

“Sarah’s passion for the mission of PMMA is unmatched,” said Bruce H. Shogren, president and chief executive officer for PMMA. “Her vision for the giving department is enhancing transparency, accountability and expanding the opportunities for our communities and our many donors to support the PMMA mission to provide quality senior services guided by Christian values.”

Oenning has a bachelor’s degree in business and marketing from Wichita State University.

Presbyterian Manors of Mid-America has 17 senior living communities and two hospices in Kansas and Missouri and a campus under development in Colorado Springs. The not-for-profit senior living organization is headquartered in Wichita, Kan.
