Healthy Blue Outstanding Payments

We have been hearing from multiple members about outstanding payments with HealthyBlue. If you have any outstanding payments, please email Kylee Childs. We’ve already been in contact with HealthyBlue about the providers who have reached out to us, and they are working to get those corrected.

If you have denials happening for prior authorizations or other reasons that you don’t feel are appropriate, please Kylee know about those as soon as possible as well.

Here’s an updated map of who to contact at HealthyBlue.
