Chef Eric Beye with Sunshine Meadows in Buhler recently hosted the first of a series of four cooking classes. Chef Eric demonstrated how to make apple dumplings, a pie crust, and cream pie, and then it was time for the students to learn, ‘hands-on’. The class enjoyed a wonderful German meal of Buhler sausage, fried potatoes, green beans, cherry moos, and zwiebach. The next cooking class, Souper Soups, will be held Thursday, September 21st. What a fun and exciting event.
