Hummingbird Square, a new 108-apartment home residence building now under construction at Tallgrass Creek retirement community in Overland Park, is scheduled to open in summer 2017.

Hummingbird Square will feature 17 unique floor plans, including seven never-before-seen designs. It will have outdoor space options (patios and balconies) and underground parking.

Each apartment home in Hummingbird Square boasts contemporary finishes like granite counter tops, ceramic tile, and stainless steel appliances.  Additional customized upgrades – including specialty paint, hardwood flooring, and window treatments – can be done.

Hummingbird Square will be connected to the community’s Audubon Clubhouse by glass-enclosed, climate-controlled walkways to protect residents from the elements.

The architect is Lantz Boggio and the general contractor is S.M. Wilson & Co.  Tallgrass Creek is managed by Erickson Living.
