LeadingAge Kansas is now accepting applications for individuals interested in serving on the Public Policy Committee for 2026–2027.
This committee plays a vital role in shaping our advocacy efforts by helping identify key issues impacting providers across the continuum of care, recommending legislative priorities, and serving as a sounding board for our advocacy team throughout the year and during the legislative session.
What to expect:
- Monthly meetings (May–December)
- Weekly meetings during legislative session (January–April, typically Fridays)
- Opportunities to engage directly in advocacy efforts
Participation will be limited to approximately 15 individuals to ensure meaningful discussion and engagement.
The first meeting will take place in May, so we encourage you to submit your interest soon.
