Only one nursing home in Kansas has been through the new survey process which means the surveyors are still learning how to implement. This means  you still have time to learn more through our 1-day Workshop that will be held January 11, 2018 in Salina at the Hilton Garden Inn. This training will offer participants the knowledge needed to prepare and succeed under the new survey guidelines which went into effect on November 28, 2016, with the new Requirements of Participation for Phase 2.

Objectives

  1. Understand the new interpretive guidance for standard surveys and investigations that went into effect 11/28/17
  2. Identify the process by which the survey teams will conduct the new standard survey process in skilled nursing facilities
  3. Learn how to provide direction to the facility interdisciplinary team on survey readiness under the new protocols
  4. Receive leadership strategies to implement improvements at the organization level for positive survey outcomes

Join Leah Killian-Smith with Pathway Health to prepare yourself and organization with the new survey process. Learn more and register.
