If you are conducting a voter registration drive for your residents and employees, you may be confused about all of the new court rulings about Kansas Voter Identification Laws.  After sorting through the recent rulings, the path seems clear about what form you should be using: The Federal Voter Registration Form!  Find it here.

Using the federal form will allow you to register voters without having to provide proof of their citizenship (which requires a copy of their birth certificate or passport).  Federal and state courts have ruled that users of the federal voter registration form will have their votes counted in all elections, even if they do not provide their birth certificate or passport as required under current Kansas law.
