Just as holiday season kicked off in late December, we published an article that highlights key proposals from the CY2024 Proposed rules on MA Policy and Technical Changes. LeadingAge will be engaging members through our member networks for feedback on the rule proposals to use in our comment letter back to CMS. The proposed rule attempts to address some of the concerns that LeadingAge and others have raised to CMS about denials of care and plan marketing bad behavior.
