The states’ KMAP system will transition to a new processing and payment system effective January 18, 2022. As part of the system change, Medicaid providers should have recently received a new KMAP Provider Number. Please retain this new 14-digit ID number for future use. The new number will be used during pre-registration for the new KMAP secure portal in early December 2021.  The new portal is said to allow providers more access to their information. If you have not received official notification about your new number and the upcoming change, call 1-800-933-6593.
