The state of Kansas is hold a training on March 23rd regarding the remediation process under the HCBS settings rule. This training is important for assisted living and similar settings who serve persons on HCBS. If you do not meet all of the requirements under the settings rule you will be required to undergo remediation or lose the ability to serve Medicaid residents altogether.

Please plan to attend the training. It is advised that you do not wait for notifications on whether your setting(s) have to remediate or not. The training will provide important information and guidance. Two trainings a day (same training for both sessions) will be held at each location:  9 AM – 12 PM or 1- 4 PM.
