Sunflower Health Plan’s annual provider satisfaction survey is being distributed. SPH will send surveys to 2,500 random Sunflower providers via paper and email. The survey is brief and should only take a few minutes to complete. All respondents who submit timely survey responses will be entered into a drawing to win a $400 VISA gift card.
