In an effort to increase transparency, CMS has launched a new website that makes national survey and enforcement data easily accessible. The Quality and Certification Oversight Reports (QCOR) allows users to find data and trends for many types of deficiencies and civil monetary penalties by CMS region, state, and individual provider.
