No one understands the challenges (and the solutions) in aging services better than YOU. Every day, our members, like you, find creative, effective ways to improve care, strengthen teams, and enhance operations. Now’s your chance to share what’s working with peers across the state!

We are currently seeking member proposals to present or facilitate educational sessions for 2026 events and webinars. Presentations can focus on any area of expertise or success you’ve experienced in your organization — clinical, administrative, regulatory, MDS, survey readiness, leadership, teamwork, recruitment and retention, quality improvement and more.

Your session could highlight:

  • A new process or tool that’s made a difference in your community.
  • A clinical or operational success story others could learn from.
  • A leadership or staff development approach that’s building stronger teams.
  • Insights from your role in leadership, nursing, social work, dietary, therapy, wellness, administration, or any other area.

You can present by yourself or as a team, and if you’re new to presenting, we’ll help you organize your content and prepare. We’re here to support you every step of the way.

Members, like you, are doing incredible work, and these sessions are one of the best ways to promote practical, peer-tested ideas. You know what your peers need, and your insights can make a difference!

Submit your proposal today or reach out to stephanie@leadingagekansas.org  if you’d like to brainstorm ideas or get help shaping your session.

If this isn’t for you, but you think someone on your team would be fabulous for this, please share this with them and encourage them to give it a try.

Let’s learn from each other so we are “Leading the Way for Aging Services” together.
