LeadingAge National has created a template for members to use in drafting their residents’ rights poster as mandated under the revised Requirements of Participation for LTC facilities. In connection with the template, please note the following:

  • The template covers the core elements for residents’ rights included in the Requirements of Participation; however it is not intended and should not be used as a substitute for detailed policies and procedures.
  • The template covers Federal regulatory requirements only; hence it will need to be tailored to accommodate state requirements.
  • LeadingAge specifically disclaims any and all liability emanating from the use of this poster.
