The 2023 Cost Report Navigator is officially available for members to access. Bland & Associates, our reimbursement consultants and the preparer of the Navigator tool, would like to emphasize the following –
- Members can utilize the Cost Report Navigator to analyze their 2023 revenues and expenses reported on the 2023 Kansas Medicaid Cost Report.
- The Navigator contains a variety of metrics that enable users to evaluate their expenses, staffing, and Medicaid reimbursement for their individual facility, relative to other facilities’ reported data.
- The July 1, 2024 Medicaid Rate amount reflected in the Navigator and is based upon cost report years 2021, 2022 and 2023.
- Don’t forget context when performing your analysis. Use filters and features in the Navigator to compare metrics across similar facilities (e.g., location or size)
