An email was sent to providers and stakeholders last week outlining KDADS intent to follow more flexible guidelines for the heightened scrutiny process for Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) Final Settings Rule. No action is needed from providers now, but the state agency will follow up with providers who may be impacted by the rule and process. Read a FAQ on the Final Settings Rule here.
